Laura | Alta High School Senior

I love taking senior pictures – everyone is so excited and filled with an exciting anxious air of the future.  There’s so much happening – high school is ending and a new step into the future is beginning – and its so much fun to take photos of fun awesome seniors at this point.  I always have a good time and cute Laura was no exception.  She’s an awesome girl graduating from Alta and heading towards life and I loved taking her pictures!      ...

The William’s Girls

I love taking this family’s pictures. Every time I do, I spend the whole time just giggling with them all. Having no sisters, this is always the most fun part for me. I love how fun and sweet these William’s girls all are with each other – it always makes for the best pictures! And being up in President’s Square and Capital Hill theater at the University of Utah was the perfect city backdrop for this family this year. I’m lucky this has been a good family photo year...

The Ellis’s

This family is always so much fun – I always get so many compliments on pictures of them and it’s because of just that – they are FUN! We had a little quick mini session for their cards this year near the canyon and it was great as always!...

Gabby & Parker | Draper Pool Reception

Have you ever been to a wedding reception at a pool? You might be a bit skeptical or you might think it sounds completely awesome but either way, let me be the first to tell you that a reception at a pool is insanely fun.  Gabby & Parker met at the Draper Pool where they both worked, so it was only fitting to have their reception there too. With fun food like pretzels, a s’more bar, and a Frazil machine (yes – a Frazil wedding!) and a pool jump in their wedding clothes, Gabby & Parker threw and awesome summer time reception. These pictures just make me want to be there again!...

Megan & Jason | Louland Falls Reception

Here it is – the end of Megan and Jason’s wedding! This reception was so much fun – it was full of color, beauty, life, and so much happiness! Louland Falls was the perfect spot to hold the entire event.  From speeches to dancing, food and decorations, the whole night was a special event that everyone enjoyed.  I so enjoyed being a part of Megan & Jason’s wedding – they are the sweetest and more endearing couple that are so right for each other. Many happiness to them in all the years to come! If you haven’t already, take a look at the rest of their wedding here and...

Libby | Graduation

I love this Libby girl. She is always so fun to talk to and gab with.  We have tons of similar interests and hobbies, so I feel like I’m talking to a friend or younger sister, and one of our major similarities is our love for photography. I love to use Libby as my second shooter and help at weddings because she always is so thoughtful and attentive to everything – so it was extra fun this time letting her be in front of the camera this time. These are just a small sneak peek at more of her fabulous pictures to come, so you’ll want to keep your eye out for that...

The Johnson’s | A Wedding | Louland Falls Bridals

Oh these two are so cute! Look at how sweet they are with each other. Their ceremony had been such a special event at Louland Falls and you could tell how it kept them on a wonderful high for their bridal pictures. We walked up the beautiful canyon of Louland Falls and had the most stunning backdrop – it made for the most perfect combination. If you haven’t seen Megan and Jason’s ceremony, you should make sure to – its right over...

Camilla | Senior Pictures

Having fun on a senior pictures shoot is guaranteed – and Camilla was no exception to that.  Camilla is a laid back sweet girl from Oregon and our parents have been friends for years, so when they were in Utah for a visit, it worked out perfectly to take her senior pictures before the school year started.  We had a great time taking pictures up the Alta Canyon and in the rock canyon too and Camilla’s beautiful personality shone through! Can’t you...

Jessie & Cole | Tibble Fork Bridals

I don’t care what people say about Tibble Fork – it will always be one of my favorite spots, and I think I love it even more because of how perfect it was for these bridals.  Jessie and Cole’s bridals were a dream – they are such a sweet couple and you could feel their excited energy.  I loved being there with them as their photographer and as they shared their love and excitement for their upcoming wedding in Utah.  I am so excited to share with you their wedding soon! Stay tuned for that 😉 Beautiful florals by: Jacelyn Bolton of...

The Johnson’s | A Wedding | Louland Falls Ceremony

This wedding was one of those weddings that I loved being a part of so much, that I was sad to be done editing the pictures – hence, why I will be posting multiple blog posts for just this wedding 😉 Hey! There were just too many good pictures! Megan and Jason are the sweetest and most caring couple – they love each other truly and deeply and their love radiates to everyone else and is seen in how they treat others too. Their beautiful ceremony up at the gorgeous Louland Falls by Park City was the perfect place to host their beginning. With family and friends gathered, the procession and ceremony was a special event full of love, happiness, and even a butterfly release. I’m so glad that I could be a part of their day and can’t WAIT to show you more of it – so keep an eye out for it!...

The DeLeeuw’s | A Family

I love spending time with a family and seeing their dynamics and relationships and the DeLeeuw family is a really fun family to work with! With all boys and a goofy sense of humor (like mine) I felt like I was spending time with an older version of my family and brothers.  The morning light was beautiful and the trees were lush and green, making for beautiful scenery. What could make these family pictures better? Not much else! Need your own family pictures? Mosey on over to my contact page and lets...

Allison & Darren | Canyon Bridals

Allison and Darren are so full of happiness and laughter.  If there’s anyone that has laughed harder at my jokes than I even do, it’s these two. They take any opportunity to laugh with each other and I think that’s the sweetest thing about them and their love. I can’t wait for their...

The Webster’s | A Family

The Webster’s are a fun family to be with – that’s for sure! I’ve lived in the same neighborhood as them for several years now, and with their son leaving on his mission, they wanted to make sure to get in a quick family picture before he left. Their backyard is such a beautiful spot, so their pictures worked out perfectly!...

Jessie & Cole | Provo Canyon Engagements

Engagement photoshoots have always been those photoshoots that leave me feeling a little sweet happiness inside. Jessie and Cole are a perfect example of exactly what an engagement shoot is like – as a couple, they are full of fresh excitement – they just got engaged! Imagining life together forever during their sweet moments makes my job as a photographer easy – there’s so much to talk about and so much to experience as a newly engaged couple and its always been my pleasure to be a part of them.  Jessie & Cole are some of the sweetest people I have met so far and they fit so perfectly together – I am SO excited for their wedding and to be a part of their day! You’ll have to stay tuned for that...

The Covingtons

The Covington’s are such a fun family! I have known Katie since high school and was happy to be a part of her wedding when she asked if I would be her photographer, and I’ve loved using the both of them as models for different shoots in Park City.  It was a no-brainer when they asked if I could take the whole Covington family’s pictures.  They are all full of such infectious humor and it was noticeable in each picture. It was the first time in 7 years that all five of the Covington brothers have been home from their missions at the same time, making for a special and contagious energy. But even more special was the surprise proposal at the end of our shoot – make sure to take a look at how he proposed down below I had a great time with the Covington’s in Draper for their extended family photos and I am excited to share them with you! So here they are, the Covingtons!...

Headshots | Utah Photographer | Trent

Have you ever had to start up a LinkedIn, make a new resume, or audition for a part and when the time comes to put in a professional picture, you spend too much time scrambling around looking for a nice shot to use? I’ve totally been there (and I’m a photographer) and it is so frustrating! I’m always frantically looking for the right picture, thinking to myself, ‘Is this even professional enough?’.  The last thing I want to do is spend tons of money on a studio and get a canned smiling photo with a brown backdrop that makes me look like a real estate agent – no bueno. So why not just spend a small amount and get the perfect headshot you need for your LinkedIn, resume, or even Facebook profile and never have to worry about this again? That’s what Trent decided to do. Here’s the nice thing about having your headshots done – it’s quick and easy, you’ll have professional pictures to use for whatever you need and when, it’s a cheaper alternative to a studio portrait (and a better looking one that an iPhone photo), and you’ll end up getting portraits that show who you are as a person and fit your style – no matter what profession you’re in. Your pictures say a lot about who you are – both personally and professionally! It’s important to make sure you have something worth showcasing you! So if you’re thinking about getting a headshot, contact me for more details! We’ll get something set up for you to use on your next resume!...
